How do I hear my assistant before it goes live?
Open your assistant and go to Try it. Enter your number and press Call me now. Your latest changes are published first, then your phone rings.
My test call didn't ring. What should I check?
Check the number has all ten digits and your phone accepts calls from unknown numbers. Then open Call log to see how the call ended. Still nothing? Send a message below with the time you tried.
How do credits and limits work?
A call uses 7 credits a minute, rounded up to the next minute. The free plan gives 3,500 credits for 30 days and up to 5 calls a day. Your balance shows at the foot of the side menu.
How do I get a number of my own?
Go to Phone numbers and press Request a number. CellAssist assigns it and it appears on that page. Until then, test calls use the shared line.
How do I add a member?
Go to Members, enter their email and press Invite. They get an invitation to join this organization.
How do I change what my assistant says?
Open your assistant. Try it changes the greeting, your business details and how calls end. Instructions holds everything else it follows.
